Process Overview Global Loan Operations team manages End to end Trade life cycle for syndicated loans. The teams are primarily responsible for the confirmation, settlement and ongoing management of lifecycle events for positions held by global markets loan trading. The teams have a high degree of client interaction, initially via the confirmation and Settlement process and subsequently via the management of sub participation agreements and corporate actions. GBS team performs the Loan Trade Settlements, reporting and closing of (syndicated) Loan Products for different departments in US region. Responsible for the settlement of transactions in the loans system of record ACBS, ensuring transfer fees, delayed comp are correctly recorded. Ensuring flows to the payments system are successfully fed, matched and payments remitted within the agreed cut- off times. Monitoring of cash and system advices to ensure that all entries are reconciled, annotated and escalated on a daily / weekly basis in line with guidelines set by Ops Risk and Control. Job Description Look to perform Input/04 eye checks of all the Loan Trade Settlement activities. Manage FED Wire Payments/Receipts, Settle/Book trades in system of record, Reconciliation of cash breaks, Payment investigations, RDS SSI set ups, Journal Entry Processing/Approvals, Principal Paydowns and other inquiries.
