Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
- Pitch company offerings and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Continuously improve product knowledge to address client needs effectively
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Experience : Freshers welcome
Training & Onboarding :
AURUM Bankers Program
- Classroom Training Duration : 6 Month Stipend 10,000/- per month
- 3 Months On-the-Job Training
- 3 Months Classroom Training at IMT Ghaziabad
- Stipend During Training (OJT): ₹10,000/month :
- Course Fee: ₹2 lacs + GST (payable before onboarding) :
- Training location : - Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai Annual CTC : ₹ 3.5 LPA
