Job Description of RM / SRM / KRM:
• Educate the Customer about the product.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Close the leads assigned by the call centre team.
• Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer.
• Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
