With the support of our awesome learning and development team, you will have the opportunity to progress up the career pathway. You will eventually be giving financial advice to customers, which means you will undertake training for the NZ certificate in Financial Services Level 5 equivalency.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
Provide friendly face to face service to help customers with their banking needs
Have a natural attention to detail with proven numerical, administration and technical skills
Support customers with transactions, account queries and digital banking guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Fixed Term for 6 months

The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (08.30 - 17.00) total 32 hours per week.
