Job Description
Better works Hr is looking for a banking contract specialist for an organisation based in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Partnerships Agreements/ Marketing Agreements/ Banking and It agreements
• Co-ordination with the merchant / banks On a Regular basis
• content creation for the agreements
• Managing all the clients Banking compliance and contracting
• They will be communicating with banks to solve queries.
• The will be coordinating with new banks - international to complete paperwork and open new bank accounts. This would include, getting all necessary paperwork ready, make sure communication via emails, calls is managed. Make sure necessary paperwork is created when it is not available.
• Reply to compliance teams of banks for some of our clients.
• Draft basic contracts and have it signed by parties and also submit to banks when necessary.
Bonus if they can do either of the following :
1. Manage our own Private Limted company work, basically someone with CS skills will know this.
2. If they have an MBA, then making business proposals, presentations, executing basic and mid level work for sub verticals.
3. Commission structures for Sales, to bring more work if they know sales.
Qualifications and key skills:
• English
• Excellent communication skills
• Banking compliance knowledge
• Legal and content creation skills
• Hard working and flexible
