Qualification:
Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance, (Preferably having banking experience)
Graduates / post-graduates, with at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualifying experience.
Experience in banking/treasury operations would be preferred.
Accuracy, speed, eye for detail considered critical for this position.
Excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
Preparation of daily and weekly cash flow for finance review .
Handling work related to credit facilities (Loan, overdraft) with bank
Responsible for all banking function of Suumaya and their group companies and monitoring all baking related activities.
Banking Operation:
Day-to-day routine banking operations (including opening and closure of bank accounts).
Communicating the updated signatory list with the banks on a timely basis.
Multiple Banks online portal management input / authorize / file upload & download
Handling queries from cross functional teams/clients/bank
Ensuring error-free authorization of transactions
Ensuring timely deployment and arrangement of funds
Funds reconciliation
Preparation of Bank Recon. statement on daily basis
Other misc. bank works
PC skills:
Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft skills:
Very good communication and inter-personal skills
Should be empathetic and strive to exceed the expectations of all the stakeholders
