Position: Sales Officer/Assistant Manager
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
Job Roles and Duties:
• Identify potential CASA customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell CASA products and services to individuals and businesses, highlighting the benefits and features that meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Achieve individual sales targets by effectively managing leads, pipelines, and closing sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales techniques and market trends
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹220,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
