This company based in North Sydney specialises in supporting their insurance broker network by providing a range of general insurance broking services.

Your new role
You will:
Work in the banking team who are responsible for the processing of daily payments and transactions
Process client settlements and journal entries
Assist with processing the daily banking
Answering queries from insurers and brokers over the phone and email
Adhoc administration tasks as required to support the team, Manager and clients
What you'll need to succeed
This is a permanent role available to entry level graduates holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting and to those that have payments, finance and transaction processing experience in financial services.
Skills and experience required include:
Payment and/or transaction processing and /or reconciliation and finance work
Can work with urgency and to tight deadlines
Understanding of credit and debit transactions
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organisational skills
The ability to follow set processes and to compliance standards
Being a team player and holding a strong willingness to learn
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Being adaptable, open to change and showing initiative
