Position: Banking Partnership, 6-10 years
Location: Bangalore
Job Description: As the head of banking partnerships, you will be responsible for building and deepening our supply side relationships with banks and NBFCs. As a company building innovative Revenue Based Financing products, we needs to work with multiple teams of our banking partners in order to launch a pilot and then scale up business. These include risk compliance operations, product and business teams. This role involves ownership of the end to end relationship with our banking partners.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify target cohort of banking relationships in sync with our business goals
• Establish relationships with target banks and onboard the relationship, This includes product, risk and commercial alignment along with ops and tech integration
• Maintain relationships with current and future partners. This includes effective troubleshooting of any issues that affect customer experience, risk alignment and cost and supply of capital
• Increase the supply of capital to our customers
• Decrease cost of capital to our customers
Skills and Experience
• At least 6-10 years of relevant experience with a bank / NBFC or a fintech in a NBFC/banking partner facing role
• An understanding of various aspects of loan products -risk, compliance, operations, etc, with experience in atleast one of these
• A product mindset - understanding of how processes can be digitized
• Proficiency with excel and PPT
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Strong banking relationships will be an added bonus
