Providing people management and development support to our Team Specialists, helping them grow and thrive.
Leading the implementation of a reporting framework to set and monitor individual and team targets, highlighting the value and impact of the team’s work.
Supporting change initiatives in collaboration with the Change Management team, ensuring all requirements are fully understood, clearly articulated, and successfully delivered.
Identifying and implementing improvements across our payments and banking operations.
What Do We Need From You?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in people management and team development.
Hands-on expertise in creating and embedding structured reporting frameworks.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
A proactive mindset and natural problem-solving approach - someone who spots opportunities to improve and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries.
Extensive knowledge of the UK financial services payment processing environment including the appropriate regulations.
Degree level education or professional accounting qualification.
Strong understanding of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and associated Card Payment processing systems.
An understanding of the Direct Debit collection process and associated regulatory requirements.
