Banking Process Training Specialist
We are seeking a qualified Process Trainer to join our team and train new hires in our banking process. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet our high standards.
• Responsibilities and Requirements:
Design and develop training content, including training curriculum and materials
Conduct PKT and process refreshers on the floor
Create monthly Training Need Analysis to identify areas of knowledge gap and follow it up with appropriate refresher plans
Participate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within the team
Maintain MIS related to all training batches
Keep up to date with product/process knowledge
