What You'll Do:
Manage a team behind the bar, focusing on promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeing
Focus on ordering and stocktake duties, as well as keep up to date with high safety standards!
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creations
Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards
Engage with guests, providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across the department
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in leadership in a bar setting is highly regarded - open to general bar experience too! We're keen on developing our people •
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
A passion for mixology and a keen interest in the latest beverage trends.
You hold a valid RSA or would be willing to obtain if successful
