About the Role
As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the beverage program with creativity and precision, driving excellence in both product and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar team with a hands-on approach
Develop seasonal, premium cocktail and beverage menus
Oversee daily operations, including stock, COGS, and labour
Maintain exceptional standards of service and presentation
Train and mentor bartenders and mixologists
Collaborate with venue and culinary leadership on guest experience
Help shape the bar’s next phase of growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading premium or high-volume bar programs
Strong cocktail development and menu design skills
Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
Solid understanding of cost control and stock management
Passion for modern hospitality and team development
Collaborative mindset with leadership presence
