Experienced Barista Wanted – SoulPlate Café (Willoughby NSW)
We’re a cozy, community-focused café in the heart of Willoughby, known for quality coffee, warm service, and a friendly team culture. We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our crew and help deliver an exceptional experience to our locals.
About the Role
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years’ barista experience in Sydney and strong ability working independently behind the machine. You’ll be preparing high-quality coffee during busy periods, supporting FOH operations, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience behind the coffee machine in Australia
Confident handling 5–6kg of coffee solo
Skilled in FOH operations
Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities
Friendly, reliable, and proactive
Able to work under pressure while maintaining consistency
Able to build strong, positive relationships with our regular customers and the team
Displays emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
Clean, professional, and well-presented at all times
