Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or food service setting
Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
Accurate and comfortable handling of cash, credit, and contactless payments
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy times
Knowledge of coffee, tea, and wine is a plus
Strong customer service skills, hospitality driven
Passionate about coffee, tea, and food
Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time
Available to work weekends & have a flexible schedule
Able to stand for long shifts and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shifts
Strong plus: Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate

Greeting guests warmly and creating a positive first impression
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently using Square POS system
Handling cash, credit, and contactless payments
Answering questions about menu, including coffee, tea, food, and wine offerings
Assisting with stocking and organizing the front counter and display cases
Supporting the team by maintaining a clean and inviting dining room
Supporting baristas and staff to ensure excellent service flow
Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues calmly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
