The Role
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Problem solve and diffuse any customer queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
About You
Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience
Confident and clear communication skills and ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
Passionate about leading your team to success
Experience with supervising a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
