Job Description
· Understand, remember and be familiar with the menu items, its compositions and allergen information
· Prepare & serve beverages/ice cream according to orders and still maintain high efficiency in the working space through the whole process
· Take customer orders with high accuracy and kindly explain to customers about ingredients as well as take the initiative to recommend new/hot items to new customers
· In the beginning of each shift: Check & refill stock, brew tea or cook tapioca if needed
· In the end of each shift: Sanitize and clean work area
· Keep smile on while executing multitask

Some shifts on Fri/Sat, we may ask to work until 00am.
Sometimes, at the end of any shift, if the store is busy, we require staff to stay longer. Only one person will be responsible for store closing.
There is no personal phone usage during work hours.
