We are looking for a Barista cum server who will be the face of the restaurant - greeting customers, interacting with them & providing best service. Responsibilities will include: Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP, latte art making would be a plus. Having good knowledge about coffee machine - semi automatic machine Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store Serving beverage and food to customers on table Handling POS system & billing Handling online delivery orders - packaging & dispatch Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records Shift hours - * hours; 1 weekly off (Mon-Thurs) Location - Dwarka, sector 5
