Posto Semplice is looking for a friendly, confident Barista to join our morning team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has solid experience working with specialty coffee.
The Role
Preparing high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care
Providing warm, engaging, and professional customer service
Running the coffee station confidently and independently
Keeping the bar clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
Supporting the flow between coffee, bakery, and front-of-house
About You
Extensive customer service experience (essential)
Proven experience working with specialty coffee
Naturally bubbly, approachable, and confident with customers
Able to work autonomously while staying calm under pressure
Organised, tidy, and attentive to detail
