Job Description
Ethos Cafe is looking for experienced and passionate server and barista. Customer service is mandatory, although on site training will be provided in order to align with our setup. This position will require taking orders, serving food and bussing tables. We wish to find autonomous, motivated and outgoing candidates to give customers the ultimate café experience. Schedule is flexible, allowing you to enjoy Golden's outdoors, and employment can suit long term or seasonal workers. Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales processing
Barista experience or busy cafe experience is prefered
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage tasks
