Follow and assist in developing system & processes

Assisting in menu creation and execution
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum 1 years in good bar. not just pouring beer, but understanding flavours.
Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in a bar or restaurant (table service, high volume)
12 month commitment to the venue
Cocktails essential
Natural great customer service

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and mixing a range of cocktails and syrups
Taking drink orders
Preparing garnishes, syrups and mixers
Cleaning bar areas and monitoring cleaning schedules
Placing bar orders with supplier
Placing bar orders with kitchen
Supervising and training food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
Undertaking general waiting and bartending duties
Cleaning tables
General waitering duties
Picking up glasses
Cleaning and care of glasses and equipment
Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures
Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer
Cash handling and till balancing
Cleaning beer lines.
