Group Chief Human Resource Officer (Only Male Candidate)
Job description: Please note that only Male candidates with manufacturing/mining experience will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for Present and future hiring need
- Formulate career development plans
- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer (employee satisfaction, employee engagement, RCR, well-being)
- Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
- Building and supervise HR and Admin Team
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Design and Drive HR policies for all branches, countries, regions
- Establishing Performance Management and Learning and Development approach for the organization
- Analyse the effectiveness of our HR policies, procedures and tools.
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
Requirements and Skills:
- Post Graduate in Management specialization in HR/IR
- Work experience of around 18-22 years, with manufacturing industry experience, preferred from Mining or Metal Industry.
- Experience in strategic planning and executional excellence
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Good understanding of labour laws
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge on compensation
- Compensation and Benefits
- No constraint for the right candidate
