Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BCom Teacher at Royal College of Management Studies located in Bengaluru. The BCom Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. The role involves providing quality education and ensuring the academic development of students. It also includes the active involvement of the teacher in college activities and to take up the roles for guiding students under different clubs to ensure the best student environment for the students.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in lesson planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability in teaching and training
• Passionate about education and student development
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Masters degree in Commerce
• Teaching certification or relevant qualifications like NET, SLET
