Key Responsibilities: -
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Should be able to Translate the business requirements into products.
• Analyses Business requirement and develop detailed requirement specification.
• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
• Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse/interpret Clients requirement and provide information about the services.
• Ability to explain the business requirements to technology teams.
• Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.28 - ₹25,000.68 per month
