Responsibilities - Business Development Executive
• Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships & acquire new corporate clients for the company
• Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress, and suggest new strategies based on findings
• Build & Maintain successful relationships with Partners/Clients
• To search for new potential markets, attend meetings with clients, arrange seminars
• Making calls and securing meetings for business development with decision-makers
• Be part of initial meetings, brief client on all services, and communicate requirements to the HR Head
• Make presentations and get new clients on board
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Should be willing to work under pressure
