RS Mann Limited T/A Flawless Hair Beauty is looking for three skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing professional beauty treatments, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty care needs and preferences.
- Perform a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, lash/brow treatments, and massage.
- Provide advice on skincare and recommend suitable beauty products.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon/spa facilities.
- Stay updated with current beauty trends, treatments, and techniques.
- Schedule and manage client appointments using booking systems.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the salon/spa environment.
Requirements
Level 4 qualification OR 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of a wide range of beauty therapy techniques and treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
