Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position located at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, Fresno County. The position requires a drug screening and background investigation to be cleared prior to hiring. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Organize and provide basic level nursing and behavioral care to patients in accordance with program guidelines, policies, and regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and appropriate delivery of care
- Provide support to daily health care operations
- Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team
- Address ongoing patient needs
Requirements
- Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the BVNPTE

Salary Range
- $5,+55.00 - $6,+27.00 P
- $6,158.00 - $7,342.00 Q
- $6,385.00 - $7,615.00 R
