Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a precision-oriented technician to handle the assembly and wiring of PLC control panels and machine field wiring for Special Purpose Machines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Panel Assembly: Mounting DIN rails, ducts, PLCs, VFDs, and Relays based on GA drawings.
• Wiring: Power & Control wiring (24V DC / 415V AC) with neat routing, ferruling, and crimping.
• Field Work: Routing cables to sensors, motors, and cameras on the machine.
• Testing: Basic I/O checking and continuity testing with a multimeter.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Diploma (EEE/ECE)
• Experience: 1 years in Industrial Automation or SPM Manufacturing.Freshers can also apply.
• Skills: Must be able to read Electrical Schematics independently.
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
