ABA Therapist Job description -
The ABA therapist services are direct activities related to the delivery of behavior analysis services and are designated in and required by a behavior analysis service plan. The overriding goal of Samarth Services is to enhance the autonomy and quality of life of individuals, their families, and others who support them. Each Samarth client has a behavior support plan; it is the responsibility of the behavior assistant to work with caregivers and/or staff to fully implement strategies within this plan and achieve the desired outcomes.
Requirements
We require a "Master's Degree in Psychology" or has a Special Education, Social work degree/diploma
Roles and Responsibilities
• Direct therapy with clients (implementing the client’s programs/procedures as specified by the Program Supervisor) in-clinic
• Collecting data and reporting
• Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
• Attending team meetings and training
• Punctuality and professionalism with families
