Roles And Responsibilities - Behaviour Support - Tower Hamlets
• Assisting in identifying pupils in need of support and providing them with support
• Providing one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified students
• Develop strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour in order to help them succeed at school
• Preparation of action plans for learners as part of the learning process
• Liaising with the SENCos on a regular basis
• Keeping track of the progress of the students and monitoring the behaviour of the students
• Providing support to families in the form of liaisons
• Assisting pupils with challenging behaviours to develop and use strategies that will help them to manage their behaviour and support them.
• Developing an action plan with students that outlines the aims of the mentoring program and outlines how the plan can be achieved.
