Job Description
This Full-time role is for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Noida who will be responsible for identifying and soliciting IT consultants for current job openings/requirements. Other daily tasks include maintaining relationships with consultants on the bench, generating leads, screening resumes, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. This role is an on-site role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• 4+ years of experience in bench sales with proven record.
• Tailoring each resume for any particular requirement.
• Constantly Developing Prime Vendor network to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time
• Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice and LinkedIn, etc.
• Communicating with the consultants daily and updating them about submissions and interviews.
• Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales.
• Good verbal and written skills.
