Responsibilities:
Overseeing relationships with vendors and benefits providers
Evaluate and improve the current benefits program while introducing new benefits
Support the Organisational Development team with recognition initiatives
Lead small scale benefits projects
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role necessary
Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Power Bi or Tableau experience would be highly regarded
Ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders
