Job Description
Summary:
This position is part of the India HR team responsible for managing the end to end Benefits Processes under Performance and Reward processes and delivering the Benefits products and solutions in the DB India context. The role is responsible for design, management and delivery for all employee benefits and wellness/ wellbeing initiatives for all of DB India across multiple benefit types through multiple vendors and third party partner for 14000+ employees in India encompassing all entities. This position is also responsible for providing ongoing Benefits education to HR and business to ensure understanding of Benefits processes and governance requirements. This position is also responsible for ensuring fulfillment of statutory and regulatory requirements within the Benefits Management space in the Performance and Reward context.

Key Requirements:
• Implementation and application of global Benefits processes and products in India
• Develops first-level straw-man for any new Benefits initiatives/ adaptations for India and engage global Benefits/ Performance and Reward
• Managing benefits benchmarking exercise including liaison with global Benefits/ Performance and Reward, and service providers
• Implements and review benefit schemes and policies (review of annual insurance and medical schemes, leave policies, financial well- being policies, employee assistance and wellbeing policies, childcare policies, car and house lease policies, etc.; updating communication materials, website content and letters, and organizing briefing sessions on scheme/ policy changes)
• Local coordination of global annual year end Benefits Management processes
• Manage local communication requirements including employee handbooks and HR Connect content
• Local facilitation for DB benefit programs and governance requirements
• First level conceptualization and engagement on local EVP delivery including benefit and wellness programs
• Education of HR teams and businesses on DB’s Benefits philosophy, practices and decision-making processes to ensure understanding and adherence to Benefits processes and governance requirements
• Ensures compliance with global/ local statutory/ regulatory requirements and face off with auditors/ regulators
• Management of external service providers in necessary engagement with internal DB stakeholders
• Provides Benefits advisory expertise for the solution of local business needs, complex individual queries, project-related initiatives and general implementation of Benefits products and solutions
• Responsible for the execution and delivery of onsite wellness projects as per global/ regional/ local plans (execute changes to benefits policies, organization of ad hoc intervention programs and events in partnership with external vendors, local networks and cross divisional departments)
• Maintains close collaboration with external vendors with focus on improving the provision of current services, data reporting and program offerings
