2 plus years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Client management, relationship management, team management Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating Offer ensuring smooth joining and onboarding. Speak to clients HR/TA SPOC about the various positions, priorities on a regular basis Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates Required Candidate profile Relevant BFSI recruitment experience of with 2-6 years. Must have Experience into Lateral hiring . You should have handled recruitment for various Banks for their various positions in Asset side , liability roles, relationship / sales, wholesale banking , retail banking etc . Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies
