Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Biddano, a fast-growing marketplace startup. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to our business leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business strategy and goals
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
• Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure that recruitment strategies and processes are aligned with the company's diversity and inclusion goals
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies that support the company's culture and values
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR issues
• Conduct investigations and manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and complaints
• Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits programs
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and the HR team
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices and ensure that the company's HR practices are current and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
• Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
