Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both sales and support.
• Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products.
• Build strong relationships with customers by earning their trust.
• Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with store policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain organized work order files and ensure accurate formulas.
• Prepare products according to customer specifications, including tinting and mixing as necessary.
• Stock shelves and create appealing displays.
• Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in loading/unloading delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Ensure store areas are stocked and visually appealing.
• Stay knowledgeable about available products and options.
• Follow inventory control procedures and provide feedback on sales improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
• Age: Must be at least 18 years.
• Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship.
• Language: Proficient in reading, writing, and communication in both English and Spanish.
• License: Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Availability: Must be willing to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Internal Applicants: Must meet performance standards and complete required training.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: One year in a retail, delivery, or customer service role.
• Product Knowledge: Previous experience selling paint products.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
