Job Description

The Data Entry Analyst will support compliance and onboarding operations within a professional financial services environment. This role involves medium-volume data entry, documentation review, and maintaining accurate client records related to regulatory processes such as KYC and customer due diligence. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Excel and internal systems while following structured procedures. This position offers strong exposure to compliance operations and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Review and enter client and account data into internal systems

· Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

· Maintain tracking logs and update Excel spreadsheets

· Upload and organize onboarding and compliance documentation

· Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

· Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to follow policies, procedures, and standardized processes

· Prior experience or internship in banking, financial services, compliance, or administrative support preferred

The base pay range for this position is $25–$30 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
