Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires creativity, market knowledge, business acumen, and excellent time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and present candidates; coordinate and conduct interviews; and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with business partners and provide informed recommendations.
Participate in recruitment marketing activities to increase the visibility of programs and opportunities.
Represent the company’s brand by building strong connections with candidates and professional networks.
Build relationships with professional and community organizations to maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices in order to innovate in talent attraction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing activities.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements through rigorous documentation management.
Participate in other talent acquisition projects as needed.
Desired Profile
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/headhunting or in-house).
Must be comfortable working in a role that includes a significant administrative component, with responsibilities that may also involve recruitment coordination and occasional translation tasks.
Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new ideas.
Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude that contributes to a dynamic work environment.
Customer-focused and motivated to provide high-quality service.
