Callifony, a leading business communication platform is looking for a positive-minded Billing & Revenue Executive to supporting our billing and accounting operations. Join a collaborative environment and work with multiple talented teams. You will be responsible for supporting our monthly invoicing and account reconciliation tasks for customers and vendors.
Job Description:
Take ownership of billing issues and see problems through to resolution.
Take the lead in managing customer escalations and be comfortable coordinating with multiple teams.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot billing-related tickets with customers and vendors.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effectively communicate with customers billing or account management teams.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Tracking of all billing-related tickets in our ticketing system from open to resolution.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in handling billing platforms.
Experience in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
Teaming, liasioning, relationship Management, negotiation & business knowledge.
