Ventia is seeking a Billing/Validations Team Lead to join our team supporting the newly secured Field Module contract with NBN Co. This is a newly created leadership role offering the chance to take ownership of critical month-end processes and lead a high-performing team on a major telecommunications project.

As Billing/Validations Team Lead, you’ll take full responsibility for managing the validation and billing process for Ventia’s Field Module contract. This includes leading the team, ensuring accurate claim submissions to NBN, and meeting tight month-end deadlines. You’ll work closely with operational teams to review and clean data, validate assets, and identify incorrect SORs based on NBN business rules.
Key responsibilities
Lead the Billing/Validation team and take ownership of month-end processes
Submit claims to NBN within strict deadlines
Review, clean, and finalise data; oversee asset validation tasks
Validate claims and identify incorrect SORs based on NBN business rules
Analyse trends and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate resubmission
Manage large data sets and maintain compliance with operational requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise processes and cashflow
