Role Overview
We are looking for a BIM Architect to support BIM modeling, documentation, and project coordination across architectural and interior projects. The role involves working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and senior BIM team members to deliver accurate and coordinated project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and update BIM models using Revit
• Prepare working drawings, GFCs, schedules, and project documentation
• Support model coordination and clash detection processes
• Coordinate with design, MEP, and site teams for drawing updates
• Follow BIM standards, templates, and LOD requirements
• Creation and modification of Revit families
• Support senior team members in project coordination and documentation tasks
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience in BIM modeling and documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks knowledge is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
• Experience in workplace interiors or architectural projects
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
