???? Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to support our Business Development Officer in a client-facing role. The primary responsibility will be assisting with client communication, presentations, and business proposals.
While this position does not require technical BIM work, the ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of architecture or civil engineering, combined with strong communication skills in English.
This role offers ample opportunities for growth and training within the field of BIM.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Provide support in managing client relationships by assisting in meetings, follow-ups, and communications.
Presentations and Proposals: Assist in preparing impactful presentations and business proposals to prospective clients.
Business Development Support: Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the BIM sector.
Documentation: Help in the creation of documents, reports, and proposals that align with business development strategies.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure that client needs are addressed effectively.
Client Engagement: Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the business development process.
Training and Learning: Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of BIM, architecture, and civil engineering concepts, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
???? Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
Basic understanding of architecture Building constructions and BIM concepts (a background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the BIM and AEC sectors.
???? Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in business development, customer service, or a related role, especially within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
Familiarity with BIM and its applications within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Basic knowledge of presentation software (such as PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
???? Training and Growth:
Structured training programs on BIM, business development processes, and client handling will be provided.
