Job Title: BIM (Autodesk Revit) Associate Trainer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver WSQ-Accredited BIM Revit training sessions to equip architects, engineers and coordinators with practical Autodesk Revit modelling skills aligned to WSQ standards.
• Guide learners through detailed modelling workflows, documentation standards, BCA e-submission requirements and Integrated Digital Delivery best practice to ensure real-world application of skills.
• Enhance course delivery by sharing relevant project experiences and case studies that translate theory into practical industry-relevant insights.
• Review learner assignments and project work, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them meet course objectives and industry expectations.
• Ensure training delivery meets WSQ accreditation criteria and aligns with current BIM and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure) or equivalent vendor certification OR a Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field with strong Revit project experience.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or an equivalent pedagogical cert accepted by SkillsFuture Singapore.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on industry experience with subject matter knowledge in BIM project work - model authoring, coordination, documentation.
• Demonstrated participation in BIM Execution Plans, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Preferred certifications and proficiencies include Specialist BIM Certifications, Software Ecosystem Proficiency and Portfolio & Teaching Experience.
