Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, Virtual Design, Architecture, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP). The BIM Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of BIM processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, and Virtual Design
• Experience in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with BIM software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Industry certifications in BIM or related fields are a plus
