VR4BIM is looking for an experienced and dynamic BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modelling initiatives and drive digital transformation across our projects.
We deliver comprehensive end-to-end BIM solutions across Architecture, Structure, Interior Design, and Landscape domains. Our mission is to empower professionals through innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational and project goals
Lead BIM model creation and management throughout the project lifecycle
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless BIM integration
Mentor and manage a team of BIM professionals
Ensure quality assurance of BIM deliverables
Optimize BIM workflows for efficiency and productivity
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Deliver BIM training programs
Provide technical troubleshooting and support
Stay updated with emerging digital construction technologies
Drive automation initiatives and dashboarding solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
BIM Certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
8+ years of experience in BIM management or similar role
Proven experience managing large-scale BIM-driven construction projects
Strong expertise in 3D modeling and visualization tools
Knowledge of BIM standards and digital construction workflows
Experience in digital delivery implementation
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Knowledge of UAE building codes (advantageous)
Experience with automation and dashboarding tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
