Key Responsibilities
Account Servicing: Support the Partnership Manager in handling day-to-day account servicing tasks and ensure effective communication with partners.
Lead Identification and Pitching: Assist in pitching relevant products to potential partners and support in presenting pitches convincingly.
Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Engage in commercial negotiations, oversee the onboarding process, and ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
Relationship Management: Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with senior executives of key partners for long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams to facilitate efficient partnership management, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations.
Process Improvement: Recommend innovative improvements to enhance existing processes, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in identifying and engaging with important players in the local industry.
Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Essential interest and understanding of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for coordination with international partners, with Portuguese language skills considered advantageous.
Work Ethics: Strong discipline and ability to work independently.
Educational Background: Ideally a Polytechnic or University Graduate with prior part-time or full-time work experience.
Knowledge on APIs: Familiarity with APIs is highly desirable.
