Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Biology Teacher with a B.Ed degree to teach students at the secondary or higher secondary level. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in biological sciences, effective teaching methods, and the ability to engage students in hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive biology lessons in line with the curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that cater to varying student abilities.
Utilize various teaching aids, tools, and technology to enhance learning.
Encourage scientific thinking, critical analysis, and experimentation.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Prepare students for board exams and internal assessments.
Conduct lab activities, practical sessions, and field work where applicable.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Attend parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and staff meetings as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials.
Uphold the values and policies of the institution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Teaching certification (if applicable).
Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
