Health Care Aide Certificate.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Reliable vehicle for work
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 3 months.
Up-to-date Immunization Record.
Availability to work days, evenings and weekends
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous community experience an asset
Medication Assistance Certificate an asset

This position may involve driving clients to various appointments. Do you have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to your own vehicle?
