As a Financial Literacy Counsellor, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting financial literacy programs and campaigns to educate rural and semi-urban communities.
• Assisting individuals in understanding banking products, savings, credit, and insurance.
• Guiding people on digital banking tools and promoting financial inclusion.
• Supporting rural entrepreneurs with knowledge of financial management.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports to the bank on outreach activities and impact metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Preference for candidates with qualifications in social work, rural development, or related fields.
Experience:
• Prior experience in financial services, community development, or education.
• Retired bank officers with a background in rural banking will be preferred.
Age Limit:
• Maximum age limit: 64 years
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
