Permanent 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated booking clerk to be a part of a collaborative and supportive administration team. As a successful administrator or booking clerk, you will play a key role in being a point of contact for families contacting our service and providing and organising an excellent booking service.

We are looking for a team player who is reliable, trustworthy, can provide clear and concise communication and handle a very busy environment, working alongside a supportive team. Experience with hospital systems would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

Being the point of contact on the main phone line to Waikids.
Managing planned lists and waiting lists efficiently.
Managing multiple very busy shared email inboxes.
Covering receptionist breaks.
Supporting/covering other booking clerks.
Mail (returned and outgoing).
Other tasks as necessary.
Being adaptable to constant change.
